What We Do
G4R specialise in placing high calibre, target driven graduates into recruitment and executive search organisations across the UK. We are a division of the niche recruitment agency Graduate Recruitment Bureau (GRB) and therefore benefit from an in-house marketing team who are entirely candidate-focussed. With a strong online presence and offline marketing activities which include attending university careers fairs and employing Student Brand Managers, we attract graduates who our clients may not be able to find through other sources.
G4R endeavours to develop long-term partnerships with a portfolio of specialist recruitment organizations.
We Will
-Provide a consultative approach to our clients and our candidates
-Only work with specialist recruitment companies who can offer a progressive career
-Conduct a thorough screening process to identify suitable candidates
-We always make sure that our candidates know exactly where their CV will be sent.
-Make sure our candidates are aware of what is involved in a full recruitment cycle
-Supply our clients with substantial feedback throughout the interview process.
We Will Not
-Bombard our clients with irrelevant candidates, being recruiters ourselves we understand the value of time.
-Send our candidates to more than four companies at a given time, as we would rather make sure that our candidates are prepared.
-Headhunt from companies that we already have a relationship with
How We Work
-Resourcer actively searches our extensive database for potential candidates, identifying the following traits:
Sales/promotion experience
Relevant academic background
Areas of achievement
Ability to work in the UK unrestricted
Exceptional communication skills
Focus to work in target-driven environments
Desire to achieve high earnings
-Resourcer promotes specialist recruitment as a rewarding and challenging career, discussing the highs and lows of working in the industry. Candidates that sound interested and have the right level of communication skills will be asked to research the industry before committing to interview.
-Consultant carries out structured telephone interview with interested candidate to confirm competencies and to check background, screening out those who we feel will struggle in a sales environment. Location preferences and salary expectations are confirmed.
-Consultant will promote relevant recruitment companies to successful candidates, advocating on our clients behalf. Upon agreement of CV submission we will manage the application of the candidate from introduction stage to start date. We commit to acquiring honest and suitable feedback from all parties.
