A specialist London based recruitment business established in 1998. It has two main recruitment divisions; Business Development and Strategy, and Technology into Financial Services.

This position will be within the Financial IT recruitment team. This is an area which is really starting to pick up after the recent recession and the company is experiencing huge demand from their clients. This means that you will have a great chance of earning in excess of £40k including commission.

You will initially be responsible for attracting new candidates for existing job vacancies that the company receives form leading investment banks and financial institutions. This will be via a set of recruitment techniques including advertising, networking, and headhunting.

You will highly active on the telephone as you seek out candidates interested in new job opportunities within Financial IT. You will also meet candidates to further ascertain their suitability for clients. You will develop knowledge of technology and financial services, understanding the gaps between clients and candidates, and will develop strategies on how to bridge those gaps.

As your skill set grows, you will take on management of existing clients, formulate resourcing strategies and develop new business opportunities.

The basic salary for the position is circa £18k.
