One of the top 20 most profitable recruitment companies of 2009, this is a city-based recruitment company who anticipate huge growth in 2010. They are backed by another successful recruitment business from outside of the city and as such, share a fantastic database and marketing infrastructure.

The company predominantly recruits senior level analysts and technical staff for a range of industries including new media, IT, engineering and public sector.

The role will be very fast-paced and the successful applicants will be cold-calling and building relationships from the first week, with mentorship being provided by the Director. Like any sales position, there will be plenty of telephone calls and a lot of knock-backs. The financial rewards for success are fantastic, with projected first year earning potential in excess of £35k and an uncapped commission scheme. New starters are also eligible for £200 bonuses per placement, on top of the commission earned from the deal. The starting salary is £18k.

The company is also looking for future leaders to facilitate expansion into new markets and brands. As such they will offer share options in the company after a longer period of time.
