This company was founded four years ago with the vision of being a leading player in the field of Procurement and Supply Chain recruitment. They are happy to work on permanent, contract or temporary positions in this field and work with a range of clients from SME's to blue-chips in all sectors.

Working in a small team, you will very much be in a sales-based role. You will be convincing decision makers of businesses to work with you in securing the best talent in Supply Chain and Procurement as well as marketing your vacancies to prospective candidates. This is a very competitive industry, which this company is performing well in, hence the need to expand.

Being a sales-based role there is of course the chance to make a lot of money on top of the basic salary, which starts from £18k. They have a really strong, simple commission structure which is one of the most lucrative that I have seen.

This company is looking for real go-getters. There is no place to hide in a small company! You will need to be degree educated ideally in a 'traditional' subject. You must also be happy making cold-calls as this will take up a substantial part of your day-to-day work. Other than that, the company will be assessing your level of English communication, your commercial acumen and your overall dynamicism.
